You may have received an invoice payment email on 20th October 2026, even if you no longer have an active service with us. This was caused by a configuration error that stopped past invoices being sent out at the time, so they built up in a queue and were all delivered together. Please rest assured that you have not been charged anything extra, and no action is needed.
