"Failure to comply with SPF policy"

You may receive the following error when attempting to send an email from our service.

Your domain has been blocked from sending mail due to failure to comply with SPF policy

If that's so, it means you did not comply to a prior warning and your domain was manually blocked. This can be because of declined emails because your SPF record didn't match our policy. You are required to use our SPF record to send email through our service. 

To request your domain is unblocked, please open a support ticket.
